About Blair

Born and raised in Milton Ontario, I have been a dancer since I was 3 years old and was lucky enough to have had a career travelling internationally and dancing on multiple Carnival Cruise Ships since 2011.​

When the world stopped last year, I took it as a challenge to reinvent myself and start the next chapter of my life. I beg​an creating 30-minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts and sharing them through social media to motivate myself & others to focus on not only our physical health but also mental health during a challenging time.
I wanted to dive deeper into my passion for dance & fitness to create an even bigger community to connect with. This is when I became a certified Barre & AFAA (
Athletics and Fitness Association of America) Group Fitness Instructor! 

I am a beach loving, pina colada enthusiast who is inspired daily by the commitment this community makes to their physical & mental health. I'm here to support, guide, sweat & laugh with you - let's start #raisingthebarre together!

Sometimes our bodies don't need a heavy workout, but instead need a nice stretch. Classes ranging from
5 to 30-minutes.



Tight on time? Wanting to target a specific body part? BURN is what you need! Targeted Classes ranging from
4 to 15-minutes.

I have been working with Blair and TheBarre30 virtually since December of 2020. Since that time, I have consistently taken 1-2 classes a week on Zoom. Blair is an amazing motivator. She has provided me with advice on her trainings even after class has ended. Her playlists are amazing and for a person who missed out on ballet classes as a kid, I love the amount of knowledge I receive when I hear all of her ballet terminology in class.
